Sunday Salon partnered with Gary Becker of Keller Williams Commercial, a leading commercial real estate broker in the Raleigh area, to locate the ideal commercial location for a flagship store. After an extensive search, the Arboretum at Weston was selected.

Other tenants include Starbucks, Raleigh Brewing, Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse, and Bonefish Grill.

Sunday Salon found the legal expertise required to negotiate the lease terms at Venture Law, a law firm that provides business and legal counsel to entrepreneurs in North Carolina. Kevin Israel was the lead attorney during the negotiation process.
