Our website provides booking services and informational and editorial content for clients and guests of Sunday Salon, an unparalleled salon experience located at The Arboretum at Weston, 133 Weston Pkwy, Cary, NC 27513. The website also provides information about our line of hair care and cosmetic products and, if you choose, allows you to purchase products directly from our online store.

This PRIVACY POLICY explains how we collect, use, disclose, and secure information we obtain through the “Site,” as well as when you visit the Salon and communicate with us offline. The terms “Salon,” “we,” and “us” include Sunday Salon, Inc. and our partners, affiliates, and subsidiaries. This Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Use. Any capitalized terms used and not defined in this Privacy Policy shall have the meaning given to them in the Terms of Use.

The “Site” means any website or Internet service under the control of Sunday Salon Inc., whether partial or otherwise, in connection with providing an online platform for Salon’s services, including https://sunday.salon/.

BOOKING INFORMATION
You may book appointments through the Site or by calling and speaking with us. To book an appointment for the Salon, you may need to provide Personal Information about yourself, such as your first and last name, email address, phone number, and billing and payment information.

ONLINE PURCHASE INFORMATION
When you make online purchases, returns, exchanges, or place items in your online shopping cart on the Site, we and our third-party e-commerce partner may collect Personal Information related to your order, including payment card information, billing, and delivery information, and any delivery instructions, notes, or other communications you may provide us in connection with your order.

When you book an appointment through the Site, we collect billing and payment data to hold your appointment and to charge you in the event of appointment “no shows.” For more information, please visit our No-Show Policy. The Site may also collect payment information in connection with purchases, returns, and exchanges that you may make through our online shop.

When you visit the Salon, you may also provide payment information to us at checkout.

CONTACT DETAILS YOU PROVIDE
You may sign up through the Site for email communications about products, services, and other content of interest to you. You may also provide your contact details to Salon staff for purposes of keeping in touch with you and communicating about appointments and Salon products and services. If you do so, we will collect the contact information you provide, such as your email address, phone number, or name.

COOKIE DELETION AND BROWSER DO-NOT-TRACK
