This innovation-focused event is designed for high-achieving salon professionals with their thumbs on the pulse of everything related to hair care. A truly creative opportunity for stylists looking to better themselves professionally and push themselves creatively.

It was beautiful to see all different textured hair on stage.”

“We enjoyed the opportunity to view many different color and cutting techniques that we are able utilize at the salon and integrate into our service offering. One of the standouts was a balayage application that showcased varying degrees of teasing the hair to achieve a more blended and natural look. We’re also starting to venture into Fall when many of our clients want to go a little darker with their hair color, so the team was exposed to exciting, modern techniques for beautiful root melts with lowlights to deepen summer blondes.” Stated Kelsi Johnson, Stylist at Sunday Salon. “We also learnt new cutting techniques for shags, bobs, lobs, and longer layers.” Kelsi continued, “The experience elevated my skills as a stylist and I’m already implementing all the revolutionary techniques to add value to our clients’ investment in their hair.”

Make Believe, BTC Orlando, is an international beauty show known for its focus on fun, creativity and practicality. Geared toward commercial styles and salon improvement, BTC Orlando features look-and-learn sessions by top international brands, superstar hair stylists and influencers, and the industry’s top manufacturer artists. It features brand-specific presentations, but also crowd-pleasing co-labs, in which top artists from different brands are chosen to work together on stage to create new looks slated to be marketable to salon owners worldwide.
