I absolutely love my hair and I’m so glad I found Delaney. She is a sweetheart to begin with, but she really listened to what I said about my hair, my likes and dislikes, and my needs. She made sure to take another look at the inspo color pics I showed her before she started the toner to make sure we were in the same page. She also acknowledged my dislikes about my current hair and offered suggestions on what she could do to change it and how it would help. I really appreciated that she didn’t try to upsell me on anything and that before she started she gave me a price so I knew exactly what to expect. My hair feels healthy and looks vibrant again.
