Cary, NC - Sunday Salon, the newest boutique hair salon in Cary, NC, for personalized hair care service in a comfortable and elegant setting, has finalized a five-year lease agreement with Arboretum at Weston, with an option to extend the lease for an additional five years.
Sunday Salon partnered with Gary Becker of Keller Williams Commercial, a leading commercial real estate broker in the Raleigh area, to locate the ideal commercial location for a flagship store. After an extensive search, the Arboretum at Weston was selected.
“The Arboretum at Weston met all our location criteria,” said Lisa Edwards, President of Sunday Salon, “We believe that the easily accessible 1,571 sq. ft. location conveniently located off the I-40, and the attractive demographics the entertainment shopping plaza provides are the perfect fit for our newly established brand.”
Key features of the location include traffic counts of approximately 224,000 vehicles per day, 205 luxury apartments adjacent to the retail storefront, the largest employer in Cary, NC, SAS, has its global corporate headquarters across the street, and the Umstead Hotel and Spa, a 5-star hotel, is also nearby. Other tenants include Starbucks, Raleigh Brewing, Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse, and Bonefish Grill.
Sunday Salon found the legal expertise required to negotiate the lease terms at Venture Law, a law firm that provides business and legal counsel to entrepreneurs in North Carolina. Kevin Israel was the lead attorney during the negotiation process.
