Lisa and her assistant were both so warm and friendly (you feel like you’re just chatting with friends!), and I really enjoyed the time I spent at the salon getting my keratin treatment. I have finally found my salon “forever home”! After moving here a few months ago and having some not great experiences I ended up needing a correction for a botched color. I just can’t say enough about Lisa and her team and this salon. She immediately made me feel super comfortable, listened to me and I think best of all – didn’t make me tell her exactly what I needed but knew just looking at my hair what would be best and how long term we can get my hair to look exceptional. The salon is beautiful, and the small details aren’t missed- I was greeted with a warm towel, got to choose from a menu of drinks, had a lovely head massage and they even have these little pillows to make you comfy while toning or waiting at the sink. My hair cut was perfect- Kelsey was awesome and really took time to listen to what I wanted. Just overall A+ on it all. It was refreshing and I will be recommending this salon to all I know. I loved my experience at the Sunday Salon! It starts with a virtual video about what I was looking for and my hair routine – this helped me and my stylist come up with a plan before my appointment. Once I arrived I noticed the gorgeous Salon! It’s new and I love the open floor plan and living plant wall. It feels luxurious but not stuffy. I appreciated being offered a robe to protect my clothes and a beverage. My stylist was so helpful and talked me through her plan for my hair to make sure we were on the same page. I loved her ideas and the products she recommended made my hair feel so healthy! She did a fun color on my hair and I love the results so much! Her balayage technique looks amazing too. Can’t wait to visit again!

Starting off with just the atmosphere. Andrew always opens the door when I arrive, treats everyone with kindness and makes you feel at home. I’ve gotten my hair cut and colored by a stylist who is an amazing person! I have built a relationship with my stylist, but I would feel comfortable with anyone at the salon. I’ve been searching for a great stylist in NC since I’ve moved here about a year and a half ago. This is the first time I’ve been really happy leaving a salon. I thought I was very happy with my stylist back home but this stylist is amazing! I was very hesitant to get my haircut but I’m so glad I went. I left the salon feeling amazing! Great from the minute you walk in, starting with reception, where you’re greeted with a cloth for your hands, a drink, a chocolate. Covid protocol is followed. I’d searched for a skilled colorist, because I was thinking of transitioning to grey. I decided not to after talking with Lisa–who only does color–and I walked out with a fabulous red and some product. I also had a trim from Giulia, and I love my hair! Be aware, you’re not going into a franchise for a few minutes, and it will cost accordingly. But if you want top quality work, to relax, and to be treated as a valued customer (especially if you’re often the Invisible Older Woman) you will love Sunday!

She gave great feedback throughout so we could achieve the look I was going for. And my complementary cappuccino was delicious. She makes the process look so easy with her precise technique to make sure every strand is covered. Hi there. My name is Julie. I have never left an online review before but I’m leaving this review for Lisa Edwards because she’s the most amazing hair colorist I’ve ever been to I’ve been getting my hair highlighted since I was probably 16 and I love Lisa so much. I was I first met her at one salon and she ended up switching salons and I followed her. I would have followed her hours away because I love her that much.

She does amazing work with incredible attention to detail. She would always take as much time as necessary to have a meaningful conversation with me at the beginning of every appointment to check in about what I was loving about my color what I wanted to maybe change. If I kind of felt like I was stuck in a rut she had great suggestions of things we could do to kind of mix it up, but not take me out of my comfort zone of blondeness.

So I just can’t recommend Lisa enough, you know getting your hair highlighted can take hours. And Lisa is so funny and sweet that we would just chat Non-Stop. And before I knew it the appointment was over. So I always really looked forward to my next appointment with her just to get to hang out with her. She became a friend and I just always loved my hair so much.

So again, I can’t recommend her enough. She’s amazing and you’ll be in great hands with her.

I first went to Lisa in SF a few years ago for highlights and color. She was able to take my mess of streaky, brassy highlights and turn it into the cool blonde and perfectly blended highlights that I had been wanting! After deciding to stop coloring and only stick to highlighting, Lisa was able to help me grow out the color but keep the same perfect highlighted look I loved throughout the whole process. She always listened and knew exactly what I wanted and quickly became the only stylist I trusted with my hair. I miss having her in SF already but everyone in North Carolina is so lucky! I can’t say enough good things about Lisa! She’s an incredibly talented colorist I trust completely (and I’m particular). I went to Lisa for single process color (brunette) for years. I decided I wanted to go blond and grow out my bangs and I brought a picture for reference. Lisa was candid about what could be achieved and how long it would take. My hair was difficult to lift and Lisa took her time and made sure we weren’t damaging my hair. Over a few months/appointments Lisa helped me achieve exactly the look I wanted and I’ve been a happy blond ever since. The best reviews have been from friends and family who love the color so much they told me I can never go brunette again! If I could afford to fly to NC every 6 weeks I would. Trust Lisa to work her magic and you’ll walk out feeling like a new you!

This was the second salon I’ve tried in the area since moving to Apex in March, and I think I’ve found “the one”! Andrew offered me a cool towel on check in and Giulia treated me to a lovely latte during my service. Giulia was very professional and hospitable, I felt like she really cared about making the experience a great one and giving me the style I was looking for.
